I've created a spreadsheet to track some appointments we have for an up and coming event at work but need some help!

I have four sheets in the file: FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY, CUST DETAILS.

Fri-Sun are an appointment board with times from 10:00 to 18:00 and sales person, Cust Details logs the person coming in, what day they're coming...

Is there an easy way for me to pull the details from the cust details screen to to the relevant sheet and time, ie. If Mr Smith is coming in to see DJ at 10am on Friday on the Customer Details page then on the Friday Sheet at 10am Mr Smith's name would automatically appear in the 10am on the Friday Sheet.

A bit long winded but hope you get the jist, if you need more info please let me know what you need...

Hi,

Customer Detail on a separate sheet works fine, but you ought to have ONE sheet as the SOURCE data for Appointments. If you wish, you can REPORT each day's appointment in a separate sheet, using one fo Excel's reporting features like Pivot Table or MS Query.

Please post your data structure for each sheet type.
