Excel Auto Exec? 1

Anyone know how to automatically excecute a macro in excel? I am emailing this file out to a drop box. Anyone in the department can then open the file.

I would like it to then activate a formatting macro that I wrote.

Hi,

You could use the Workbook_Open event to fire your procedure.

alt+F11 displays the VB Editor

select the Workbook object in the project explorer

select the workbook object in the object dropdown and Open in the Procedure drop down.
