We are using GroupWise 5.5.4. I have a user complaining that every time she opens an additional Excel attachment, a new instance of Excel opens. For example, if she opens one Excel attachment, then another, Excel appears in her taskbar two times. She swears that before we formatted and reloaded her computer, she could open multiple Excel attachments and Excel would only appear once in her taskbar. I was able to set Excel to only open one instance when using File, Open WITHIN Excel ~ BUT when she is in GroupWise, Excel continues to open multiple times. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks.
