Excel Attachment in Groupwise

Hi,

I am using GW5.5 with Windows98. Sometime when open a Excel attachment from Groupwise, it shows nothing. But if I using other PC and proxy this email, it can open the attachment and display all data inside this Excel file. I already format and reinstall all software from this computer included Groupwise client but still have same problem. Would anyone can help to answer this question?

I see this same problem all the time...
All I have the user's do is right click the file and go to "Save As" and save to thier desktop or something and then open it from there..
Give it shot, should work for ya!
