Thanks in advance for your time and effort !

I need to run the excel application in the 3 tier mode .
I tried WINEXEC but it seems to be not working in the 3 tier .

Is EXEC function will work in the 3 tier mode if so could you send me a sample data ... how to open and save the excel sheet .
