Hi!
I have an excel spreadsheet from which I'd like to export data into SQL Server and vice versa. Anyone knows how to do it? I know this is a very generic question with no easy answer but any help in pointing me in the right direction is appreciated.
thanks,
Sashi

Use SQL Server's DTS facility to import/export data into and out of any format you could possibly want... it will even do it from Excel ---> Access or Oracle ---> Sybase.

It's a great tool, and to use it, just get in SQL Server, right click somewhere in your right pane, and select:

All tasks --> Import Data

or

All tasks --> Export Data

good luck! :)
