Is it possible to have an address in an excel sheet and have google maps link to the same sheet to provide driving directions and a map on the same sheet?

I haven't got a clue as to why someone would want to do that; but I guess someone actually thought of it before you did. Check this out

I was really surprised that this existed.

Thanks for your help.

The reason why we need this to work is we take orders for delivery of storage buildings. The information from the contract is automatically sent to the worksheet for delivery and it would save a few steps if we could provide directions for the delivery on the same sheet.

Another application:

A real estate agent has property addresses that he has received from his buyer client, after the client has reviewed and refined a list of potential properties.

Now he wants to map a route or re-sequence the route, for showing these properies to his client, without having to punch in the data.

Skip,

[glasses]Just traded in my old subtlety...
for a NUANCE![tongue]

Thanks. I learnt something.

mtdew, thanks to you else I would still be sustained in ignorant bliss.

Thanks Skip. That's a really good example. I should send it to all RE friends. I have a multitude of them.

You both get stars from me for educating me.

It doesn't appear to work. I've changed the address but it still points to the same original location.
