How do I calculate a person's age in years with number of calendar months (rounded to the current month). I can get a fractions of year, but not the calendar months. For example Age 43 and 3 months old. versus 43.25.

If cell A1 is the date born, then paste the following formula in B1, and format cell B1 or (col B) as general

=DATEDIF(A1,NOW(),"Y")&" Years and "&DATEDIF(A1,NOW(),"YM")&" Months"

That should do the trick :)

Thank you it work extremely well. Is the syntax SQL? I could not find an EXCEL function for "datedif" in my excel manual. Thanks again.

Datedif is in the date/time functions collection...goto help, then search on date, then when help comes up click the "see more option" and the entire list of date/time functions should be on that short list.
