Excel Address book not there

When i open an excel document and click on the icon to email the worksheet, i cannot access my address book that i have in Outlook. It is Excel 2000 and outlook 2000.
I need to access my global address book that i have added in outlook and also my personal address book. any advice welcome thanks for your help
 
First, if you just create a blank email message in Outlook, are you able to access the Address Book? If so, here's the easiest fix for now:

[ol][li]Create a new email message from within Outlook.[/li]
[li]Insert -> File -> Browse for your Excel file (or click and drag it from an open Explorer Window into your email).[/li]
[li]Send the email[/li][/ol]
