I have a user that has Excel 2016 at home. We have Excel 2013 here at the office. He is trying to open an Excel 2013 spreadsheet at home and it doesn't know what program to open the file with. Is there a conversion tool he can download so he can open the older version file in the newer Excel?

did the user try and open the .xlsx file manually from Excel? it may be that only file associations aren´t set correctly
