Excel 2010 unable to connect to printer

A couple random thoughts:
Office Button|Advanced|Print if checked, try unchecking "High Quality Mode For Graphics"
Office Button|Print see what happens when you try to click on "Find Printer". If you have a dropdown list, try selecting from there.
