Good morning, I have been looking on here and have modified one on strongm's array formulae:

=SUM(IF(LEFT(Table_NSFT_Waiting_Times_2014_2015[CONCAT],3)="06V",Table_NSFT_Waiting_Times_2014_2015[[Wait12Hrs]:[Wait18Plus]]))

which works just fine and returns 232.

=SUM(IF(LEFT(Table_NSFT_Waiting_Times_2014_2015[CONCAT],3)="06W",Table_NSFT_Waiting_Times_2014_2015[[Wait12Hrs]:[Wait18Plus]]))

returns 304.

So I wonder why

=SUM(IF(OR(LEFT(Table_NSFT_Waiting_Times_2014_2015[CONCAT],3)="06V", LEFT(Table_NSFT_Waiting_Times_2014_2015[CONCAT],3)="06W"),Table_NSFT_Waiting_Times_2014_2015[[Wait12Hrs]:[Wait18Plus]]))

returns 2154

Have I tried to do it the wrong way?

Many thanks,

Ah ha.

=SUM(IF((LEFT(Table_NSFT_Waiting_Times_2014_2015[CONCAT],3)="06V")+(LEFT(Table_NSFT_Waiting_Times_2014_2015[CONCAT],3)="06W"),Table_NSFT_Waiting_Times_2014_2015[[Wait12Hrs]:[Wait18Plus]]))

Returns 536

Many thanks,
