Excel 2010 rows there, but hidden

Odd thing going on here. One of our users has problems with data not showing up occasionally. The row numbers and data disappear, but are still there, as shown on the attached.
Anyone seen this before?

The rows aren't hidden. If you look at the attachment in my original message, you can see rows 22 and 23 are there but the row numbers and data aren't displayed. You can also see that cell F22 is selected and displays at the top of the page, but not in the cell. The cell is formatted for black text. Doesn't print either.

I believe if you close Excel and re-open everything displays as normal.
