I have a few computers where formulas are not working. The formula is entered but does not calculate.
[OS = XP SP3 with Office STD 2007]

If I [OS Win7 Office STD 2007] save the document enter the formula [which works] and send it back, it seems to work correctly on there machines.

any ideas

OS should not be significant.

Check the CALCULATION mode in Excel or press F7 to calculate.

Otherwise you may have a missing library. Do a reload of Office 2007.

Skip,

[glasses]Just traded in my old subtlety...
for a NUANCE![tongue]

The formula in question was this.
=IF(ABS(D8-E8)>0.1,"NO","YES")

Would it still calculate with F7?
