EXcel 2007 Tool bars, making new ones and moving like 2003

I have a wide screen and in 2003 used to be able to make a new tool bars and have it float next to where I was working so the mouse movement was very small. now I have to go from one end of the screen to the other to click a custom botton or macro. I did move it below the ribbon but I woul dlike to float it am be able to move it around as I work.

Is there "anything" out there to make custom moveable tool bars? does 2010 add anything?

I am frustrafed eveytime I have to waste more time when I used to be different. and waste time asking about it as well?

I believe that I have seen that some users are using the 2003 user interface in 2007+.

You might want to Google to find how that can be accomplished.
