Excel 2007 - Round Function 1

I am using Excel 2007.

What I am trying to do is use the round function, so that it rounds a number in a cell to 4 decimal places.

I am able to do that, but what I can’t do is filter it down to the other 54 rows of numbers.

Any idea on how you would do this?
