I want to copy the results of an Excel formula into another cell. For example cell A1 has the formula 2+2 resulting in 4 being displayed. I want to copy the result to another cell so that its value is 4 and leave the formula intact in A1

Lotus 1-2-3 (at least older versions) does this using the "/ Range Value" command.

I found it - Edit Copy, Paste Special Value - I was looking in all the wrong places.

Thanks,
Don

If you're into keyboard shortcuts: [Alt] [E] [V] [Enter]

A bit lengthy for a shortcut, but I've gotten used to it.
