Hi everyone,

I have a user who cannot paste in Excel using the right click menu. When she copies cell values then right clicks, both the Paste and Paste Special options are disabled.

However, she can use Ctrl+V, or the paste options from the ribbon.

This is happening in all workbooks on this user's machine.

I have found a couple of instances of this happening to other Excel 2007 users on the web, but no resolutions.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

What program/media is she copying from, and trying to paste? have you tried copying and pasting from one excel sheet to another? What versions of Excel are you trying to use, a 2003 copying to a 2007, or something similar? Maybe there is an issue there. Maybe there are some clipboard settings.

Not really sure...

She is simply copying and pasting within a single Excel 2007 worksheet. No other software/media at all.

For example, click in cell A1, paste in cell A2.

Cheers.

Edit... my example: copy cell A1, paste in cell A2.
