I have a spreadsheet that I imported from a DB program. In the DB program, it looks nice and readable and everything lines up. In Excel, this is not the case. I have blank cells all over the place in random places and I believe if I can delete all of the blanks then the spreadsheet will make sense and be readable. Is there some way to do this?

Hi,

How did you import into Excel?

Skip,

for a NUANCE![tongue]

DJWheezyWeez,

I think Skip means how did you get the data into Excel? You said you IMPORTED it. If you IMPORTED it, then you used Excel to do so, since it's now in Excel. Did you EXPORT TO Excel, or did you IMPORT INTO Excel?

If you Imported it into Excel, exactly how did you do so? Did you directly open a file, or import from a text or .csv file, or link to a database table... or what?

Oh I'm sorry, I did mean EXPORT. Turns out I figured this out on my own. It's not perfect but it works for what I need it to do.

Sorry for wasting your time.
