Just wondering if any other people have been experiencing disappearing cells when using Excel 2007 to open Excel 2003 files?

When scrolling through various different spreadsheets cell visability dissapears for some cells. Just to be clear its just the visibility that is hidden, when you click on a cell that has dissapeared the correct value will apear in the formula bar. My solution so far is to highlight all the cells that have dissappeared, this makes them visible again...

This problem is proving very annoying and as most the users are still on Excel 2003 so we cannot save our files as xlsx extensions.

Does anyone have any suggestions to how i can stop these cells visibility from disappearing!?

Thanks,

The default formatting that is being applied on open might be wrong. Just re-apply formatting and see if they show up.
