I have a spreadsheet (Excel 2007) with a table and a chart.
They both display correctly on the screen.
On Print preview (and if I print) - the chart is missing.
If I open this same spreadsheet up on a different computer, it displays fine in print preview and prints the chart.
I'm assuming the settings in Excel need to be changed - but I can't find anything that will fix it.
Cheers,
Amber

Check your printer settings. Are you allowing graphics?

This from MS site:

You cannot scale a chart before you print it. Instead, you can move and size the chart area of the chart to adjust it as needed.

So hopefully you are not doing that

Thanks for the replies - I should have been clearer.
This is in a networked environment - a single user is having this problem to a networked printer - but if that user logs on to any other machine - it prints fine (to the same printer).
Only coming from her specific PC is this a problem.

Rename her user profile. Shut down and restart. Once up and running only copy absolutely essential files from the old profile such as Favorites .....
