Excel 2007 and Bloomberg Tools

Problem is that from time to time, (once or twice a Month), the Check Mark under the Bloomberg Ribbon in Excel 2007 gets unchecked (The Check box enables Excel to refresh Data from Bloomberg).

Does anyone know or have come across such problem, or any thoughts on why this happens once or twice a month?
