Excel 2003 - unique graph

Dear All,

I would like to create a chart/graph in excel, working like a tachometer. The values would placed in - lets say -semicircular line and there would be two or three pointers.
Has anyone an idea how to manage this?

I've never used this, but I did think it looked rather interesting. If nothing else, it'd be worth looking into, possibly:
