Hi, is there a shortcut to switch from A1 reference style to R1C1 and back quickly, without going to Tools,Option and tick a box?

Thanks
Yuri

I've haven't that yet, if one exists.

I'm curious as to why you want to do this?

if you do vlookup for a long range you can quickly see a column number you want a return from, saves time:)

Select the range of the lookup area to the column you want to return from, and see how many columns you've selected. Depending on your version of Excel this will be near the top-left of the screen, or near the cursor, and read like "1R x 25C", as a kind of tip display.

Cheers, Glenn.
