I saw an article online once about how to use a formula to grab the top ten values out of a list of data without using autofilter or sorting. Of course, I didn't bookmark it at the time and now I can't find it again.

Does that ring a bell with anyone?

Hi,

Check out RANK.

Skip,

[glasses]Just traded in my old subtlety...
for a NUANCE![tongue]

Actually what I wanted was LARGE. I can use that in combination with the INDEX formula to create a top ten list on the fly.

RANK is pretty nifty though, I didn't know about that one.
