Excel 2003 copy spreadsheet

Is there a way to copy one complete spreadsheet to another and include the column widths so that the destination spreadsheet's column widths are set to match the source?

right click on the sheet tab and select "move or copy..."
then select the destination of the selected sheet in the resulting dialog
remember to check 'create a copy' if you want to copy rather than moving
