Excel 2002 Problem

Hi,

we wanna send reports in Excel 2002 format per mail to our customers. But there is a big problem. We have about 100 person related data reports. In excel 2002 there will be created for every person an own worksheet (because of page break within Report Studio). That is okay, but if there are more than 20 persons, we are not able to open the excel file. We get an error message.

Is there any solution for this?
