When I tab around a worksheet (often it seems when I have inserted rows or columns) the highlighted boxes sometimes get "left behind" the cursor. Inevitably, the columns then start to get jumbled up as I continue to move across the sheet, and shortly afterwards the sheet will completely freeze up, along with my PC...only option is then to power down with the main switch...

anyone know what's causing this?

thanks in advance

This could be a video driver problem. Check you have the latest driver for your video card.
