Can anyrone tell me how to separate the last name from a set of names in a column. I need to take the last name of and shift it into the next column. Ie extract the surname from the given names. the only delimiter I have is the space between the names.
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
You should be able to seperate the names by using the 'Text to Column' option under the Data menu.
