if I have formatting set-up on one worksheet, how do I copy it to all my worksheets

Not 100% what you mean, try this though.

Just right click the blank in the top left corner, copy, then paste special, formats into the new worksheet. If you want to set this as a default just save it as a template.

Just to expand on Spiggsy's explanation....follow Spiggsy's advice and copy the entire worksheet:first>hold down Cntrl + A, this will highlight the entire worksheet, then right click anywhere on your worksheet>select copy from the dropdowm menu. Once you've completed this, hold down the Cntrl key and select each worksheet that you want the format to apply with the left mouse button (you will notice that the sheets you've selected have turned white)then proceed to once again right click anywhere on that same worksheet and select Paste Special from the dropdown menu>select formatting>click OK and all of your selected worksheets should have the same formatting. Hope this helps!
