Excel 2000 to XP 1

I have a workbook that was created in Excel (Office 2000). Has a million macros in it - actually 20-25. In any event, when opening the workbook in Office XP, it moves areas where "pulldown" menus have been inserted over to the left a few columns. The only way I have been able to correct is in Design Mode and move them back. Any suggestions?? Thank you.

Office XP service pack 3 introduced a bug in which controls move after a Print Preview. This is cured by changing their property to "Move and size with cells".
