When I highlight my data and start the chart wizard to make a scatter plot, excel never properly (or logically) assigns the cell references in the series tab (step 2). Instead I have to manually enter the cell ref for each entry for the x and y axis. Is there a different way to do this...I have hundreds of entries and it takes way too long to manually do it.
