We are on a Novell network using Windows 2000 desktops. We have a department using Office 2000. When using Excel a problem occurs
When the user opens an excel document and clicks on the FLOPPY DISK icon in the toolbar to save, then goes to print preview by clicking on the print preview icon, then clicks CLOSE, excel will close down and you get an excel.exe application error. You can also click Zoom before clicking close and the formatting gets really strange.
It does not seem to be document specific because it is happening to multiple users in different departments that are all working with different files. As far as printers go we have an HP4550, 8150, Aficio 650 and Aficio 550. I have put users on the 4550, 8150, 550, and 650 and in every situation they have gotten the error even when it is the only printer installed.
Has anyone got any ideas?
