I have a problem with Excel 2000 running Win 2000 (doesn't happened on Win 9x), a user cannot access custom defined charts, get the following message "Error accessing user defined custom chart file". Have solved this problem before once over 2 years ago, no way can remember it how, also have not been able to find help on ms support site.
