Excel 2000 crashes when open form. OK on dev machine - fails all else!

I have a written a simple VBA program for an excel database (5.5 meg) using 5 userforms where simple comboboxes and text fields provide values to be pasted to a worksheet. There are NO external (outside excel file) references.

This program runs like clockwork on my machine (on which I developed it) but on ANY other PC (same setup, specs) excel crashes as soon as I try to open a form.

Any ideas????
