Excel 2000- auto hyperlink

Is there a way to automatically create a link when I type in a name?
ie: Everytime I type in "Ken" I want the name to become a link that when clicked on opens another worksheet?

I'm not sitting in front of Excel 2000, but in 2002 you can use TOOLS | AUTOCORRECT OPTIONS to do what you are suggesting.
