Exceeded max Runtime symbols - dBase 5

I have a large application that when it does a file test program (checks field data integrity) I get a no database in use. The error code is 272 "Exceeded Maximum number of runtime symbols". If I increase the RTMAXBLKS and RTBLKSIZE in the config.db file I get a value exceeded error.

Is there anything that releases the symbols? I there another solution that I am not seeing?
