EXCEED SOFTWARE ISSUE IN WINDOWS verses AIX

Dear Sys.admins

When exceed software is used in Windows NT (or 2000) for emulating AIX environment, I am not getting the grahics display. It gives the error message " Xlib: extensions GLX missing on display --:0.0".
But in some windows machines , I get the display perfectly. What can be the reason.
