Exam DeadTime

Somebody mentioned to me in passing that he always uses the
'deadtime' at the start of the exam to scribble lots of short term memory facts down before starting the exam.
By 'deadtime', I mean the period after you sit down but before you start the test.

I guess he means the bit where you page through the
'welcome' pages with all the terms and conditions.
Isn't there a time limit on that? I never really noticed...I just click straight in.

If the testing center provides scrap paper or an erasable board, you can make a few notes before you start the exam. If I'm not mistaken, the time allotted for the pre-test screens is 10 minutes.

Hmm....might be worth doing then for those awkward bits.
Taking 70-310 in May to finish my MCAD.
