Hi all

Could anybody tell me what the format for exam 218 is?
How many questions in what time, can I go back and forth through questions or do I have to answer one to go on to the next. etc?

Cheers

Steve

1 hour, 40 questions (won't take you an hour, though ;-))

It's not adaptive, so yes, you can - and should go through quickly the first time and mark any you're not sure of, then take your time over reviewing. Some of the later questions may help answer tricky earlier ones.

Beware of peculiar wording and "duplicates", ie questions that look the same, but aren't.

The exam took me 10 minutes, then 20 minutes review 1, 15 minutes review 2 (always double-check!).

Is it a combination of multi-guess, drag-and-drop, and typed answers?
I like to be prepared!

Cheers

Yes - exactly that. There may be one or two scenario type questions as well - you know; "Fred is the Admin of XYZ, and he wants to stop his users from accessing anything, so he takes an axe to the servers..." (For about two pages), then you'll get a list of objectives and desired results, and the question will ask if all the objectives and desired results have been met, or just some of them.

I always leave these until last, so I have some time to read the things :)
