There's an online sample test, or for a fee you can take an assessment test that's very similar to the actual test.
First, get the Study Guide Redbook and work your way through it. If you can pass all of the practice exams in the book, you should be comfortable taking the exam.
Once you've knocked out the book, the online assessment is a reasonably priced way to confirm you're ready to take the real thing.
