Exabyte VXA-2 tape changing problem.

Hi. I’ve got Novell 6.5 with Arcserve 9 and just bought Exabyte VXA-2. The problem I have is that VXA-2 doesn’t swap tapes automatically, so I have to do it manually (problent is that full backup doesn't fit on one tape). I’ve tried different setting (sequential and SCSI) but it doesn’t make any difference. Went through all the Exabyte documents (there aren’t many) and can’t find anything that can help.
Can anybody point me in the right direction please? Any help appreciated. Thank you.
