Greetings,
I’m working with an EXABYTE VXA 2 using VERITAS Backup Exec 9.1 with Win 2003 Server for an OS.
I’m getting an error “L:H/W Inoperable Servo Error” According to the white paper on Exabyte’s site you can reset the library and this will correct the problem, well it doesn’t. Any ideas would be great
Thanks in advance

That appears where? On the library's display?
From the fact it says servo error, it's guess it's a hardware problem that is terminal.
If it's under warranty, time to invoke it. If not, ouch :(
