We are using EX-220 tape library with 2 Mammoth2 drives and Arcserver 6.1.
No complaints with ArcServe, however, if you are thinking about purchasing anything from Exabyte, BEWARE!!! Our drive failed and it took 7 hours to get response from Tech Support. I was told to replace the SCSI cable, and if that doesn't work, I need to call back, leave a message, and hopefully someone will call me back with an RMA number within 6-8 hours. After that, I have to stay on hold for almost an hour with RMA department, and THEN get put into voicemail, and the next day someone finally got back to me and said they would ship a drive out. Standard shipping times are 10 DAYS!!!! If you want the drive sent sooner $200!!!! If you want it delivered on Saturday... add more!! Then find out that there is a 24 hour period before they even ship the stupid thing... is it my imagination or is Customer Service a thing of the past!!!
