Exabyte 110 L stucl on SCSI BUS RESET

My library is giving me fits. Ths software does not boot all the way up and gets stuck on SCSI BUS RESET. There is a tape stuck in the drive buthte drive eject button does not seem to affect anything.

The Librarry also gets stuck on X-Calibration.

Any ideas on how to get the tape out and the Loader back on line?
