Ex2000 sp3 problem ?????

Hi all
i have Ex2000 sp3 install on Win2k sp3.
i have problem with antivirus trendmicro scanmail ver 6
when i try to update Ex2000 sp3 again i recive error like:

setup failed while installing sub component exchange system
managment snap in with error code 0xc0070005 dr watson.net
cancel or retry and the update stop with red mark unsacssfull.

First off, you need to verify that the Trendmicro version is supported with the version of Exchange and SP you're using. Assuming you've done that, turn off the Realtime File Protection feature (whatever Trend calls it), stop the service, and attempt the upgrade again.
