Ex2000 disaster recovery

Hi all

i"m have Ex2000 300 users +active directory on D.c +dns +wins server i"m using Arcserve2000 +agent for Ex2000.

What is the right way for disaster recovery after my
Qompaq prolite3000 qulaps step by step for recovery?

Can you be just a bit more specific? There are at least 100 scenarios for recovery in Exchange.

Basically if you have Active Directory on another box...
Get the OS back with same computer account.
Install same Service pack on OS.
Install Exchange with setup /disasterrecovery
Install same Service Pack as before for Exchange
Restore backup Dan
