Evolution email problem

I have the lastest version of Evolution email ver. 2.0.3
Everything, at this point in time, seems to be working, but,
when I try to email something, anything I receive
" Could not send message You may have gone over your quota"
Does anyone know what this means??

If you are getting mail, your POP settings must be OK. But if you can't send, check your SMTP setup.
