EVM AA transfer to external destination

Hi all.

I have the above setup where VM Multi- level AA caller presses 3 then the call gets transferred to an external destination but is saying the destination is not available.
I have setup a hunt group with no members that is forwarded to a speed dial that calls the external destination. The hunt group is set as a mailbox number and extension. I also have a mailbox number 3 with transfer only.
This is failing.
How do I set up the AA to transfer to an external destination?

Assuming you have a single digit mailbox 3

Set it to transfer only and make the extension number match the speedcall number

Set the speedcall to override toll control but make sure the VM port is allowed trunk to trunk conference.

Test by setting a phone to the same COS and COR of a VM port and try to transfer a call externally from the phone. Modify COS/Cor until successful

I tried the above and failed to get the AA transferring to the external destination.
Could not locate where I allow trunk to trunk conference for VM port. Checked under COS and changed Trunk: Public Network to Public Network Connection Allowed to Yes, Conference: Conference to Yes.
COR for VM and Trunks have full access.
Release 7.1 Active Software 13.1.0.33.
What else must I do?

Got it working by redoing the COR.
How do I get AA to not announce that you are being transferred? I need it to just transfer without saying you are being transferred to 1 or 2 and so forth.
I know I can record a name for mailbox 1 so that it reads the name when transferring but I don't want that as well.
