EVM 4.0 amd SNMP Agent

Hi,

Hi have an EVM 4.0 monitoring alarms of MD110 (BC9)with 15 LIM and Group swith.
I can see alarm colorr of 15 LIM icons ,but GS icon he always have blue color (i think this mean uknown node for openview) and i don't see nothing inside this icon.However if i choose to see properties i can see info about the equipment.
Does anyone know if this is normal?
I don't have also connections beetween LIM's and GS, how do i know that i have an alarm in GS connections?
